Bob was born November 15, 1941, in Saratoga, to Jack and Helen Silva Smith. He was raised in Rawlins WY with his mother Helen, and step-father Clyde Pryce. He is survived by his mother and sisters Millie Vadnais of Sartell, MN, Helen Winningham of Mesquite, NV and Rawlins, and brother, Clyde Pryce Jr. of Billings, MT. Bob married Helen Johnson in Rawlins on February 14, 1959. They had four daughters, Debra and Clay Makinen of Rawlins, Terri and Jeff Woodley of Rawlins , Cindy and Mark Thompson of Cheyenne , and Barbara Smith of Rawlins. Bob worked for Consolidated Freightways in North Platte, NE, Cheyenne, and Boise, Idaho. He was widely known for his antics as "Yelllowstone", his CB handle. He retired to live in Rawlins and married Marylin Richardson in December of 2004, who survives. Bob was predeceased by his grandparents, Nettie and Joe Silva, father Jack, step-fatherClyde, three aunts, and a grandson Jack Makinen. Surviving grandchildren are William and Charell Makinen, Whitney Woodley Jolly, and Branden and Dustin Thompson, all of Wyoming. "Papa Bob" is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren. Bob's many friends knew him for his love of teasing and telling jokes, loving to put smiles on faces. He loved the outdoors, fly fishing, hunting and camping. He enjoyed trips to casinos and watching sports. Bob truly had a heart of gold.
