Peter Robinson

Peter Dale "Pete" Robinson, 46, of Rawlins, WY, passed away on Sept. 3, 2014. The Memorial Service will be held at the Rawlins High School Fine Arts Center on Saturday, Sept. 13, at 7:00 p.m. Pastor Ron Maixner of Mt Alliance Church, Sheridan, will officiate. Honorary Pallbearers are Walt Smith, Denver Allard and The Lady Outlaws Pete was born in Beaufort, SC on Dec. 4, 1967. He graduated from Rock River High School and was pursuing a degree from Western Wyoming College, where he was on the Dean's List. Pete owned and operated his own business, PDR Enterprises, and worked as an independent contractor in the oil field. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors and was an avid Denver Broncos fan. He was also actively involved as coach for the Lady Outlaws. Pete is survived by his parents, Lee & Lance Robinson of Ranchester, WY; daughters, Amie Robinson of Laramie, WY and Kendall Robinson of Rawlins; sons, Grady Robinson and Beckett Robinson of Rawlins and Zephaniah Robinson of Kelso, WA; one grandson, Wyatt (Amie's son) of Laramie, WY; brothers, Paul and wife, Heather of North Platte, NE and Lance Jay and wife, Erica of Cody, WY; sister, Michelle Robinson of Sheridan,WY; uncle, Kenny Gibson of Orangeburg, SC; nieces, Shelby and Nicole of North Platte, NE; and nephews, Lance Donovan and Braden of Cody WY. Pete was preceded in death by grandfather, Russell Sawyer; grandmother, Ruth Jayne Robinson; and great-grandparents, Munson and Edna Sawyer and Mary and Lance John Robinson. Memorial donations may be made to the Pete Robinson Memorial Fund, C/O Bank of Commerce, P.O. Box 50, Rawlins, WY 82301.
