Mary Alice Thelen

Mary Thelen, born on September 13th, 1942, in Springfield, Missouri. Peacefully passed away on March 26th, 2024. She was the beloved daughter of Eunice M. Thomas and William L. Murphy. 

Mary was known for her warm hospitality and dedication to her work. She managed the La Bella Motel in Rawlins, Wyoming. A quaint 8-room establishment, where she welcomed guests with a genuine smile and made them feel at home.

She will be dearly missed by her loving children, George Fisher, Lynda Stokes, and Daniel Fisher. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday April 2, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the Real Life Church, 1811 W. Spruce St., Rawlins, Wyoming, where friends and family will gather to honor and remember Mary’s life. Though she may no longer be with us in person, her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
