Mahala Gallant

Mahala Marie Gallant (Burress) passed away May 31, 2014. Mahala was born February 15, 1993, to Kathi A and Mark M. Burress. She married Nathon C. Gallant on March 25, 2011. Mahala was a very loving and giving wife, mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend who loved to watch elk, hunt, fish, camp and mud bog with her husband and children. She also loved to play cards and do glass etching with her mother. She touched the lives of everyone she came into contact with and was a person everyone could rely on in their time of need. She will be missed oh so much. She is survived by her husband, Nathon (Nate) Gallant; her daughter, Timber Marie; her son, Nathon C. Jr.; her parents, Kathi and Mark Burress; brother, Axsel Burress (Natalie Gomez); grandparents, Ron and Carol Rodabaugh of Rawlins and Jan and Paul Burress of Kodiak, Tenn; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and in-laws, John (Kathy) Gallant of Rawlins and Margaret (Nathaniel) Quintrall. Services will be held Friday, June 6, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at the Carbon County Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Rawlins Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mark Burress (Father), Kirk Rodabaugh (Uncle), Axsel Burress (Brother), Ron Rodabaugh (Grandfather), Josh Rodabaugh (Cousin) and David Wolfe III (Friend). Honorary Pallbearers will be Dakota Gallant (Brother-In-Law) and Tyler King (Brother In-Law). Memorial donations may be made to the Timber and Nathon Gallant, Jr. Benefit Fund, C/O Bank of Commerce, P.O. Box 50, Rawlins, WY 82301. Please provide your name and address so the family may acknowledge your donation.
