Lucille age 85 passed away at UC Health Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland Colorado, with loving family by her side. Born August 23, 1937 to Trinidad and Teodorita Pacheco in Las Vegas, New Mexico. The family moved to Rawlins, Wyoming in 1950.
One to two sisters and five brothers who served actively and retired from military services. She was very close and supportive of her 94 year old sister Aurora.
Lucille moved to Wellington Colorado four years ago after the death of her husband Joe Vigil.
Lucille was preceded in death by her first husband John Garcia, son James Maestas - a proud US Marine, and her second husband Joe Vigil. Lucille is survived by her children and grandchildren Cherry Pino (Odie) of Wellington CO, Annette Bounds (Vince) of Greeley CO, John Garcia (Robin) of Thornton CO and step-children. Grandchildren, Eric Pino, Jennifer Pino, Brady Bounds, Tyler Bounds, Anthony Garcia, Nicholas Garcia, Samantha Williams (Andy), Elizabeth Clear (Mike), Great grandson Isaac Pino, Great great grandchildren Lyric, Drae, Axxl and Leighton. She is also survived by sister Aurora Gonzales of Rawlins WY, Brothers Joe Pacheco of Rawlins WY and Juan Pacheco of Cheyenne WY and numerous nieces and nephews which she loved dearly.
Luculle was the most amiable, kind, and caring person. A fountain of knowledge, she was well read and alway a spark at social settings. She was an active listener that one could go to for advice and support. Her appearance was always neat, correct, and picture perfect. Lucille enjoyed Rocky Mountain road trips and visiting casinos. She loved to take long walks, and was an avid Broncos fan. She loved her church and she loved her family - we love her in equal measure. She will be immensely missed.
A celebration of her life will be held at St. Josephs Church. The rosary is set for Thursday July 6th at 5pm and burial mass on Friday July 7th at 10am.
Pallbearers include Eric Pino, Jennifer Pino, Issac Pino, Vince Novotny, Andy Regalmuto, and Mike Clear.
