Lowell Lawrence Campbell

Lowell Lawrence Campbell, resident of Rawlins, WY passed away on January 29, 2025 at home at the age of 81.

Lowell was born in Drumright, OK on January 22, 1944. He received his high school diploma from Drumright High School on May 25th, 1962. Shortly after, he joined the Navy where he served for 9 years. He held various jobs including welding for CE Natco and becoming a supervisor. He had a career as a brakeman for the railroad and obtained his CDL working jobs near home and over the road. 

 After retirement he loved gardening, tinkering in his workshop, visiting with his grandchildren, and working on his home. 

 He will be sadly missed by his wife Jeanette Rose Campbelll whom he married on May 27th, 1966 and have been married for 58 years. His brother Ricky (Letrice) Campbell, his children Basil (Pam) Campbell of Chicago, IL., Rhonda Campbell of Elkhart, IN, and JoAnn (George) Wallace of Boulder, WY, 13 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren. 

 He was preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Rita Campbell, brother Wayne L. Campbell, sister Sandra Campbell, son Lowell Leroy Campbell, and grandson Nathaniel Kjelsrud. 

 A private family viewing was held Saturday February 1st, 2025. His wishes were to be cremated and a gravesite services will be held at a later date.
