Lisa Ann Willadson, resident of Hanna, Wyoming, passed away on September 17, 2023 at Memorial Hospital of Carbon County in Rawlins, Wyoming at the age of 62 years.
Lisa was born on February 23, 1961 in Wheatland, Wyoming to Roy and Annie Willadson. They lived in Osage, Wyoming and then moved to Hanna, Wyoming in 1972 where she graduated from high school.
She married Doug Hento there, and together they enjoyed the mountains, camping, fishing, and softball. Later they divorced but remained friends after their separation. She moved to Gillette, Wyoming after this where she lived for 30+ years.
Her first job was at the Miner Café and later at the Tucker Box Café in Hanna, Wyoming. After moving to Gillette, she worked at the White Pony, the Sports Bar, had her own landscaping company, and her last job as a chef for 20+ years was at the Prime Rib restaurant. She had recently moved back to Hanna from Gillette to make her home there.
Lisa loved the outdoors, gardening and plants. Her art and paintings, art shows she participated in, classic cars she had, rock hounding, fishing, metal detecting, and cooking will all be remembered fondly. Her dogs will miss her greatly. She had great pride in her home in Hanna.
She will be sadly missed by her brother Fred (Teri) Willadson and their children Tanya and Jake; brother Mike (Donna) Pipher and family; brother Roy (Theresa) Willadson and family; sister Connie (Jerry) White and family; and her dog Data.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother Roy and Annie Willadson.
A memorial service will be held on October 14, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Baptist Church in Hanna, Wyoming.
