Kim Sikes

Kim Sikes, a loving mother, wife, daughter and friend passed away peacefully on April 27th, 2016 in her home on the 5N Ranch in Saratoga, WY. She was born on March 1, 1964 in Sacramento County, California while her father was in the service, and then raised in South Paris, Maine. She is the daughter of Doug Robinson and the late Ann O'Kane. A celebration of Kim's life is planned for 11:00 A.M. on May 5th, at the 5N Ranch. Lunch will be served by the Saratoga Fire Department. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that any gifts in her memory be made to the charity of your choice. Kim was an excellent cook and pastry chef, whipping up plenty of goodies throughout her life, always making sure the refrigerator (and freezer) was stocked up and birthdays were celebrated with yummy cakes. She also created some incredible wedding cakes through the years. She was such a friendly face around Saratoga, taking care of everyone around her including neighbors and family pets. She was a very loving, caring and giving person and always did what she could to help where she could, no matter the circumstances. There was also a very techie side to her and there are many computers and other electronics running because of her expertise. Kim brought many a laughs through her Facebooks post which brightened the days of many. She loved the 5N Ranch and was happiest feeding all the 5N critters and giving every one of them a good scratch every day. The minute they heard her Ranger coming down the hill, they all flocked to the fence. She was a great traveler and took many trips with Patty Lufkin, her husband Randy always stood up to the plate and took over so they could travel. The empty space she has left behind will be felt sorely by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Randy Sikes, sons, Trevor and Derik Sikes, daughter-in-law, Katie Trella, father, Doug Robinson, and brother, Jeff Robinson. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ann O'Kane.
