Harold Detweiler

Harold Detweiler, age 73, of Rawlins, Wyoming passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at the Memorial Hospital of Carbon County.

Harold was born in Ohio on May 9, 1948. He attended school in Hartville and married Deborah McNally on July 31, 1971. He began working as a carpenter, then work for a time in the prison before joining Williams Energy where he remained for 27 years. Harold enjoyed hunting, riding his 4-wheeler, classic cars and camping and visiting with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Deborah Detweiler; three children, Janey Taylor and husband Scott of Sheridan, WY, Charlotte Wagner and husband Todd of Ogden, UT and Brenda Jaure and husband Tony of Rawlins, WY; sis grandchildren, Nick Trent, Matt Taylor, Hanna, Katie, and Samantha Wagner and Cash Jaure; one great-grandchild is on the way; brother, Jim Detweiler and one sister, Elsie Detweiler. He was preceded in death by his parents, Monroe and Edna Detweiler; brothers, Laverne, Wilbur, Ray and Les Detweiler; and a sister, Laura Sommers.

A private Service of Remembrance will be held by the family next summer.
