Grace Brodsho

February 17, 1928 — December 8, 2021

Grace Brodsho was a loving wife and mother. She was a caring person and will be deeply missed by those who knew her. She was born February 17, 1928 in Fort Yates, North Dakota to Leo and Leona Keogh. The family moved to Minnesota when she was 10 years old. She graduated from high school in Waubun, MN.

Grace married Vernon Brodsho in 1947. They came to Wyoming because of work opportunities. Vernon worked in the construction business and they lived in Medicine Bow, Laramie, Riverton, Casper, Rock Springs and Rawlins. They chose to return to Rawlins when Vernon was hired by Northern Gas Company. Later, Grace helped Vernon in his business ventures.

Grace enjoyed people and made friends wherever she went. She was active in the First Baptist Church, the France Memorial Presbyterian Church and the Rawlins Cooperative Parish.

Grace loved to travel and learn about the world. Her first trip was to Israel, Egypt, Greece, Rome and Turkey with Dorothy Wolfe and Muriel Marquith. She traveled many places in the world with friends or family. When asked "Which trip was your favorite?" She replied, "All of them."

After Vernon passed away, Grace spent winters in Las Vegas, NV. She made friends there and enjoyed spending time with her sisters, her nieces and nephews and their families, her family and friends.

Grace is survived by her daughters Betty (John) Sjogren of Rawlins, Laura (Tony) Martinez of Salt Lake City, UT; grandchildren: Fayth Martinez (Jason Vance), Mya Sjogren (David Strauss), and John V. Sjogren; great grandchildren: Madisson Gray Martinez Vance, Adrielle Vance, and Emma Grace Sjogren Strauss; and her "adopted" grandchildren: Mike (Kim) Jennings, Michelle (Kebin) Haller, Darrin (Val) Jennings; and their families:  Jordan (Tanner) Dobrenz, Trey (Sarah) Jennings, Brandon (Hannah) Fullmer, Aubrey (Ryan) Roybal and Jada Jennings; and numerous nieces and nephews, and dear friends.

Grace was preceded in death by her husband Vernon, her parents Leo and Leona Keogh, her brother Elmer Keogh, and sisters Edith Marks and Audrey Pye.
