Geoff Jeffress, resident of Rawlins, Wyoming, passed away on May 15, 2021 at his home at the age of 46 years.
Geoff was born February 28, 1975, in Camden, Arkansas. He graduated from Camden-Fairview High School and attended Southern Arkansas University. He married Stacey Jimerson of Waldo, Arkansas in 1994. He served for many years as worship pastor for churches in Arkansas and North Carolina.
Geoff’s passion was singing southern gospel music. He was a member of the Crusader’s Quartet and also enjoyed attending southern gospel concerts and Jeffress School of Gospel Music. He loved to hunt, fish, play golf, Razorback sports, and he love the trees and snow.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Stacey Dawn Jeffress; children Aspen Elizabeth Jeffress, Jackson Parks Jeffress, and Jordan Bryant Jeffress; father Gene Jeffress of Crossett, Arkansas; mother Cynthia Jeffress of Camden, Arkansas; sister Terra and Ricky Purifoy of Camden, Arkansas; brother Justin and Amy Jeffress of Camden, Arkansas; nieces and nephews Neely & Ainsley Purifoy, Wilson Jeffress of Camden, Arkansas and a multitude of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Roy and Hazel Searcy and Homer and Mildred Jeffress all of Crossette, Arkansas.
The visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. at The Parco Inn in Sinclair, Wyoming.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at the Parco Inn in Sinclair, Wyoming.
Memorial donations may be made to the Sinclair Baptist Church.
