Delcy J Moulder

Delcy J Moulder of Rawlins, passed away February 19, 2024.  She had a motto she lived by, "The world is not my home; I'm here for just a short stay, to do good and help others as I travel on my way."

At Delcy's request, no services will be held.  Contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
