Daniel Thompson

Long time Rawlins resident, Daniel Raymond Thompson "Dan" passed away suddenly on Monday December 26th. Dan was born September 20th 1943 in Niagra Falls, NY. Dan was an avid hunter and shared his passion with people from around the world as a guide and through his development of his namesake predator calls. Dan is preceded in death by his wife Wanda. He is survived by his daughters, Jamie Larson, Estrella Thompson and IvyDeSantis (& husband Jason) , son Daniel George Thompson (&wife Stacy), and grandsons Ty and Trey DeSantis and Sean Thompson. Siblings are Mary Ann Lewis of Oregon City, OR, Dave Thompson of Sandy, OR, Chuck Thompson of Madras, OR, Les Thompson of North Dakota, Carolyn Wamier of Tennessee, Cindy Ellis of Culver OR, Sally Thompson of Madras, OR, Dinnis Thompson of Gateway, OR and Kim Thompson of Pinegrove, OR.
