Brian Bingham

Brian Heath Bingham, 39, passed away unexpectedly on July 14, 2018. He was born April 7, 1979 in Logan, Utah. He was the second child of three and the oldest son of Lynn Stratford and Theresa Ann Forrest Bingham. As a child he experienced the United States as he traveled alongside his family, while his father served in the U.S. Navy. When the family moved to Sioux Falls, SD in 1993 Brian found a deep connection to the outdoors. He spent a great many years camping, hiking and exploring the sights of Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. In 1997, Brian graduated from Roosevelt High school and went on to pursue a career in the food service industry. He showed a great aptitude for this and spent the remainder of his days honing and exploring all this avenue had to offer. In 2008, Brian moved with his family to Rawlins, WY and there he became the Food Service Supervisor at the Wyoming State Penitentiary; a position he would hold for 10 years. While living in Rawlins, Brian continued to explore, experience and find joy in the great outdoors. He is survived by his parents, Lynn and Terri Bingham, Rawlins, WY; his older sister Bronwyn Bingham, Xenia OH and younger brother Brad (Kelly) and his niece Khloe and nephew Kayden, Rawlins, WY. Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 20 at 12 Noon at the Rawlins LDS chapel 509 E Kendrick St, Rawlins. There will be a visitation from 5-7pm on Thursday, July 19 at the Jacoby Funeral Home at 702 W Walnut St Rawlins and a viewing from 10-11:30am at the LDS chapel in the Relief Society room. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been set up in Brian's name at Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union in Rawlins, WY.
