Bettyjean Bustos

Bettyjean Ann Bustos went to be with our Lord on August 4, 2021. She was born on May 22, 1962 to Juan Gilbert and Alice Sisneros in Rawlins, Wyoming. Bettyjean passed unexpectedly in her home with her husband Robert by her side.

You would often find Bettjean writing poetry expressing her faith and compassion to others in times of joy and sorrow. She loved listening to loud music, dancing, singing, and taking Harley rides with Rob. Grammy also enjoyed passing down her one of a kind dishes, especially her famous tamales and tortillas. Her uplifting phone calls and birthday songs every year will be truly missed by many.

Bettyjean is survived by her father, Gilbert Sisneros, husband of 44 years, Robert Bustos, brother, Johnny and Ulrica Sisneros, and children Robert Jr., Joe and Nicci, and Brandon. She was blessed with six grandchildren who she loved very much; Allana and Cody, Malachi, Karlee, Lily and Darian, with one great grandchild, Carter. She has numerous nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, and many friends who love and will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her mother Alice, her brother Ronnie Sisneros, grandparents Otoneil and Pacomia (Rose) Martinez and Domingo and Quirinita Sisneros, in-laws Joe and Catherine Bustos, and life-long friends Cathy Martinez and Nini Maes.

Honorary pallbearers are Allana, Malachi, Karlee, Lily, and Carter.

A memorial service will be held by Pastor David Aycock on August 11th at the Jeffrey Memorial Center at 10:00 AM in Rawlins, Wyoming.  Graveside service and lunch will follow.
