Barbara Larson

Barbara Jean Larson, 92, of Rawlins Wyoming passed away 1/22/14 at Kindred Nursing Home. Born in Wheatland, Wyoming 3/26/21. She came to Rawlins when she was three months old. She felt that Rawlins was her hometown. Educated in Rawlins schools and Wyoming Cosmetology College in Cheyenne, and worked many years as a beauty operator and waitress. She was preceded in death by her parents, .D.M Alsop and Effie Nelson, son Robert and daughter Janice, grandson Robert Dale great-grandson Jeffrey, two husbands Brady Bensen and Elmer Larson. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Lee Warren, grandchildren Debbie (Dave) Harris, Trisha (Jeremy) Smith, Scott (Wendy) Warren. Six great-grandchildren, Jeremy (Trinni) Harris, Mandi (Brandon) Safford, Megan (Brandon) Smith, Derek (Farah) Harris, Melody (Victor) Smith, Felicia (Mike) Lamprecht. 11 great-great-grandchildren, Jonah Lamprecht, Destiny Thill, Jerica Harris, Tayshia Safford, Annalee Ortega, Jayla Thill, Alexandria Harris, Haidyn Safford, Serenity Harris, Michael Barnett, Amelia Lamprecht. Also niece and nephew Curt and Chrissie Kelly. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the Sinclair Baptist Church in the Parco Inn, on Sunday, January 26th at 2:00 p.m. Mike Holmes will be officiating. Graveside service will be Monday, January 27th at 2:00 p.m. in the Rawlins Cemetery.
